Factors in Retaining Volunteers

This workshop will provide those managing volunteers with an overview including:

• ways we engage people
• what motivates people
• what builds loyalty and commitment

What to expect:

A mixture of presentation and discussion with people able to ask questions, share examples and experiences.

Please note priority is given to groups that serve people living in Cambridgeshire. If you work outside our county but wish to attend please contact us before booking.

This course will be delivered by a Christine Trevorrow CCVS development worker.

 Registration is usually limited to two bookings per member organisation please contact CCVS if more spaces are required.
