Are you a forager? If you dream of being more connected to the landscape and all the bounty it can provide, Fi Martynoga will inspire you to get started or to discover new species – including plants from fields, woods and seashores, as well as firewood and seaweeds. She will demonstrate with a selection of seasonal plants. The editor of the acclaimed A Handbook of Scotland’s Trees and the author of several books and essays, Fi is a lifelong forager and a fount of information on the culinary and other uses of plants.
