5 1/2 Ways to Well Being
A Life altering one day retreat to discuss the 5 ½ Ways to Well Being will be held August 31, 2014 , at the Holiday Inn Heathrow, London.
This retreat will be conducted by Ruben Seetharamdoo, a leading Well Being expert and Life Coach, whose life’s goal is to help every individual achieve their maximum happiness and mental fitness. Recently named Health Coach of the Year by the UK Association of Professional Coaches, Trainers, and Consultants, Ruben possesses extensive proficiency in the Neurosciences, Neuro-Energetics, Emotional resilience coaching, and HeartMath sciences. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Public Health and has worked extensively within the National Health Services (NHS) in the UK in several disciplines, including oncology, learning disabilities, substance abuse, and palliative care. Beyond all of his academic and medical expertise, however, is Ruben’s revolutionizing discovery of how to achieve full and true Well Being. He came to the realization of how to achieve true Well Being after studying the book The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho.
This retreat will offer participants the life-altering opportunity how to overcome mind-numbing negativity and to learn the five ways to true Well Being.
Ruben will show those who attend how to confront what hampers their true happiness, how to eliminate the mental negativity blocking fulfillment of dreams and aspirations.
