Whether you're an aspiring food stylist or photographer, or want to give your food blog a professional look, this intensive evening masterclass will transform your skills and give you a better understanding of this growth industry. You'll learn to satisfy the different demands of editorial and commercial food photography, from what makes a great magazine cover to how to create a powerful advertising image.

Led by Guardian Cook photographer Jill Mead and food stylist Rosie Reynolds, the course offers practical advice for food photography's most important shots, including instructional prep series and showstopping hero shots. The course includes a test shoot, enabling you to put what you've learned about food styling and photography into practice.

The course offers technical tuition in getting the right lighting, lens and camera, as well insider tips on how to make good food look better.
