Mind in Brighton and Hove are currently delivering an exciting, dynamic project funded by Time to Change – England’s biggest campaign for challenging mental health stigma and discrimination.1 in 4 adults will suffer some form of mental health issue in their life and it is most certain that we all work with someone who is experiencing a mental health problem. This project led by volunteers is dispelling mental health myths in the workplace by starting conversations and raising awareness. At the event you will meet and hear from the volunteers with lived experience of mental health issues in the workplace.

So, what’s in it for you? You will be welcomed with a drink on arrival and have the chance to meet local businesses, with the opportunity to network and generate new contacts and leads.
