Giving Challenge Finalists Event
Wednesday 27th – Thursday 28th February, Wallace Space, St. Pancras. http://www.wallacespace.com/st_pancras.html.
The purpose of this two day event is to bring both the Ageing Well and Waste Reduction cohorts together to inspire and prepare you all for what’s in store for the next 6 months and of course celebrate your Finalist status! A full agenda will be sent in due course. PLEASE RSVP BY WEDNESDAY 13TH FEBRUARY.
· The residential will commence at 11:30am on the 27th February and end on the 28th February at 4:30pm. An evening buffet meal, drinks and networking will take place 6-8pm on the 27thFebruary.
· Up to three people from your project are invited.
· Please email email@example.com if you have any dietary or access requirements by Monday 11th February. The venue can only accommodate stairs access to the first floor (where the event will take place), if this will be an access issue for you please let Jennifer know ASAP.
· Please book your train tickets and hotel rooms ASAP - the budget is £250 per person for both travel and hotel room inclusive. We will not expense tickets that were paid for on the day if you are travelling from outside of London. And please only book a hotel room if you cannot travel home easily on the evening of the 27th February.
