Global Lounge 2015

Now that Aston Welcome has finished, Global Lounge is an excellent opportunity to meet people from around the world. Open to all students (new and returning). Booking is essential. Whether you wish to meet others to practice your language skills or simply try some World Foods in Cafe Tierra (Available at own cost), this event is for you.

Free entry;food and beverages at own cost.

We have two event locations Cafe Tierra from 5.30 pm until 6.30 pm and B4Bar in the Students' Union from 6.00 pm until 7.30 pm.

FAQs

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

The event is open to all students. However in B4 Bar, there is a bar which serves alcohol and therefore may be required to provide proof of age (18+).

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes. It can also be shown on a hand held device such as a smart phone.
