Good Vibrations: MASTER CLASS
I, Jim O'Connor, invite you to share an evening in the company of Rosmary Bailey, an international
speaker who has kindly offered to provide us a master class on public speaking and presentation
Rosemary initially trained as an actress, for a career in television and film. Here she gained a deep
understanding of behaviour and communication. Following a brief and successful period in this
industry she decided to pursue a career in the commercial world.
Prior to co-founding OnTrack, she spent several years in sales and sales management with major UK
and US blue chip companies. In this role she honed her interpersonal skills to build positive and fruitful
relations with others. This led to a career in management education, helping people from the private
and public sector to improve their personal effectiveness.
Delegates have included well known business people, politicians, members of the Royal Family and
organisations including Diageo, KPMG, Vodafone and Estee Lauder at Board Level.
I look forward to seeing you there!
This event is open for anyone to attend, whether you're a business owner, a rock
star, a spiritual leader, a seasoned campaigner or an evangelist... quite honestly, we
really don't care! Just come prepared to participate, collaborate, eat good food and
The event is free to attend, although we typically eat dinner together and split the
cost of the bill equally which typically equates to £25 each.
This event will be held at Bordeaux Quay and numbers will be capped at
15... but ask nicely and we'll try to squeeze in a few more if demand is high!
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact:

When & Where
What is 'Good Vibrations'?
There are two strands of 'Good Vibrations' events, as follows:
- Food For Thought
These are low-key dinners consisting of a round-robin check in and a topical 'question of the month' to be discussed as a group.
Food For Thought dinners are typically held on the second Monday of every month.
These are specialist workshops or talks from experts in their field provided on the basis of generosity in order that attendees contribute a nominal donation to our chosen charity.
Masterclasses are held at a time convenient to the person providing the expertise!
Anyone is free to attend Good Vibrations whether for our monthly 'Food For Thought' dinners or specialist 'Masterclasses'.
There is no membership, no selection policy and no hard and fast rules.
Anyone is welcome to join us.
We have faith that if you find either the dinners or the masterclasses a valuable use of your time you'll want to come back for more. Many do and have continuously done so for many years - so we trust the format works!
All we ask is that you sign up via the designated event page so that we know to expect you.
How do I get notified of future events?
