Good Vibrations: MASTER CLASS
I, Jim O'Connor, invite you to share an evening in the company of Rosmary Bailey, an international
speaker who has kindly offered to provide us a master class on public speaking and presentation
Rosemary initially trained as an actress, for a career in television and film. Here she gained a deep
understanding of behaviour and communication. Following a brief and successful period in this
industry she decided to pursue a career in the commercial world.
Prior to co-founding OnTrack, she spent several years in sales and sales management with major UK
and US blue chip companies. In this role she honed her interpersonal skills to build positive and fruitful
relations with others. This led to a career in management education, helping people from the private
and public sector to improve their personal effectiveness.
Delegates have included well known business people, politicians, members of the Royal Family and
organisations including Diageo, KPMG, Vodafone and Estee Lauder at Board Level.
I look forward to seeing you there!
This event is open for anyone to attend, whether you're a business owner, a rock
star, a spiritual leader, a seasoned campaigner or an evangelist... quite honestly, we
really don't care! Just come prepared to participate, collaborate, eat good food and
The event is free to attend, although we typically eat dinner together and split the
cost of the bill equally which typically equates to £25 each.
This event will be held at Bordeaux Quay and numbers will be capped at
15... but ask nicely and we'll try to squeeze in a few more if demand is high!
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact:

When & Where
What is 'Good Vibrations'?
Good Vibrations takes on two different formats:
- A low key dinner consisting of a round-robin 'check in' with one another and a topical 'question of the month' to be discussed either in small groups or one large group, depending on numbers.
These dinner are typically held on the evening of the 2nd Monday of every month, unless otherwise stated.
The venue for these dinners will vary to give us the opportunity to enjoy different menus!
- A specialist masterclass, talk or workshop from a leading practictioner on the given subject matter.
These events will typically be provided on a 'generosity' basis by the practitioner, as a gift to each of the attendees who will be asked to give what they would enjoy giving. All proceeds will be given to charity.
These events will be held infrequently throughout the year at a time convenient to the practitioner.
The venue will vary according to numbers and the type of masterclass, talk or workshop given.
Is it for you?
Anyone is free to attend Good Vibrations whether for our monthly dinner or specialist masterclass, talk or workshop.
At our monthly dinners expect no egos, no sales pitches, no ulterior motives, no business card boxes and very little formality. Just professional grown ups who meet up to enjoy a hearty dinner, a glass of wine and the opportunity to connect, resonate and collaborate - whether professionally or personally.
If this sound like your cup of tea, then feel free to consider yourself invited.
How do I join?
There is no membership, no selection policy and no hard and fast rules.
Anyone is welcome to join us.
We have faith that if you find the meeting a valuable use of your time you'll want to come back for more.
Many do and have continuously done so for many years - so we trust the format works.
