Good Vibrations: MASTER CLASS
I, Jim O'Connor, invite you to share an evening in the company of Rosmary Bailey, an international
speaker who has kindly offered to provide us a master class on public speaking and presentation
Rosemary initially trained as an actress, for a career in television and film. Here she gained a deep
understanding of behaviour and communication. Following a brief and successful period in this
industry she decided to pursue a career in the commercial world.
Prior to co-founding OnTrack, she spent several years in sales and sales management with major UK
and US blue chip companies. In this role she honed her interpersonal skills to build positive and fruitful
relations with others. This led to a career in management education, helping people from the private
and public sector to improve their personal effectiveness.
Delegates have included well known business people, politicians, members of the Royal Family and
organisations including Diageo, KPMG, Vodafone and Estee Lauder at Board Level.
I look forward to seeing you there!
This event is open for anyone to attend, whether you're a business owner, a rock
star, a spiritual leader, a seasoned campaigner or an evangelist... quite honestly, we
really don't care! Just come prepared to participate, collaborate, eat good food and
The event is free to attend, although we typically eat dinner together and split the
cost of the bill equally which typically equates to £25 each.
This event will be held at Bordeaux Quay and numbers will be capped at
15... but ask nicely and we'll try to squeeze in a few more if demand is high!
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact:

When & Where
What is 'Good Vibrations'?
'Stimulating conversations for curious brains' - that's the simple premise.
- Some people use it to network and resonate with new and interesting people.
- Some people use it to deepen existing relationships and explore collaborations.
- Some people use it to stimulate their brains.
- Some people use it to learn new ideas and thrash out old ones.
- Some people use it to reconnect with the world once a month.
- Some people use it simply to feel part of something.
How you use it and for what value is entirely up to you.
'Food For Thought' dinners are held on the 2nd Monday of every month and free to attend.
The format loosely consists of open networking prior to dinner, a round-robin check-in, a summary introduction to the topic, dinner and discussion, and then open conversation at the end.
You are free to leave when you want
'Masterclasses' are held sporadically throughout the year at a time convenient to the speaker.
These are specialist workshops or talks from experts in their field provided on the basis of generosity in order that attendees contribute a nominal donation to our chosen charity.
