Event Details

Many business go bankrupt coming out of a recession – this session will look at practical actions and effective processes to help you take control and achieve your business objectives - covering time management, finance, strategy, marketing, HR, operations, efficiency. The workshop will focus on 3 case studies:

1) Growing when cash is tight;

2) Succession planning when the founding partner retires;

3) Growing too fast –when you get out of control.

 

Speaker: Lucy Mori MA Dip Arch MBA

Lucy Mori is a qualified Architect and Business Manager with an MBA from Insead. As an Architect she has designed shopping centres and large retail-led mixed-use projects. As a Business Manager, she has managed a chain of retail shops. As a consultant, she has advised lots of small and medium size architectural practices on business planning and marketing. This CPD has been developed especially for the RIBA and is based on real life situations.
