Bradley will talk about the creation and implementation of SapientNitro's Organ Donor and Offering solution for NHS Blood & Transplant and the impact that this has had on saving lives. The focus will be on the importance of good user experience and user centred design when delivering true business critical and life impacting systems.
For the last 3 years Bradley has successfully led SapientNitro's UK Health, Life sciences & Pharmaceutical business delivering multi-channel digital services and business solutions for a large number of key clients.
Prior to this Bradley ran a portfolio of accounts across multiple government organisations including overseas development, education, criminal justice and health.
Experienced and passionate in helping clients deliver meaningful and relevant experiences for their customers.
