Are you a trained Healthcare Leadership Model (HLM) facilitator who wants to further develop your skills?

This participative event gives you the opportunity to re-visit the HLM 360° report, and develop and refine your feedback facilitation skills to enhance the HLM feedback experience.

We'll create a supportive climate conducive to enabling you to learn through practice, review, feedback and sharing.

By participating in this event you will:

• Refresh your knowledge and understanding of the HLM 360° report
• Explore key challenges experienced in the facilitator role
• Enhance self awareness in your role as an HLM facilitator
• Identify actions for enhancing your HLM feedback facilitation practice
• Share learning and contribute to the building of a supportive HLM facilitator community of practice
