What is your refund policy?

Tickets can be cancelled and refunded up until 7 days before the start of the course. You will be refunded for the cost of the ticket but not for the Eventbrite booking fee. We do not refund the cost of tickets that are cancelled within 7 days or less of the event.

What accessibility support do you have in place?

Can more than one person attend from my organisation?

There is a limit of one course place per heritage organisation.

Can I join this course if I don't work in the heritage sector?

The course is tailored towards heritage organisations, so to ensure attendees get the most out of the course, it is only open to those working in heritage. If you are unsure whether you are eligible, please contact carbonliteracy@theheritagealliance.org.uk.
