About the Summer Reading Challenge

This year's Summer Reading Challenge encourages children aged 4 to 12 to find their way around a labyrinth where they meet creatures from the world of legend and mythology. The aim of the challenge is for children to read 6 books from the library during the summer holiday. There are fantastic rewards to collect including a certificate and a medal.

Younger children who are not yet reading can earn a Bookstart certificate of their own for visiting the library and borrowing books throughout the summer.
