Event Details

In this day-long masterclass at London School of Economics, you'll get unique insight from many of the UK's most talented and inspiring editors, journalists, designers and columnists. Confirmed speakers include Jay Rayner (columnist for The Observer), Tim Radford (renowned science journalist) and Tim Arthur (editor-in-chief of Time Out).
Through a range of formats we'll explore the current and future state of journalism: the rise of mobile and multi-platform journalism, the role of the critic and columnist, the need for clear communication of complex and specialist subjects, how and why journalists can work with online audiences, and much more. 
With a mix of practical how to sessions, impassioned and opinioned speakers, panel discussions and open Q&A the day will cover how journalism is adapting to changing business models and a digitised world.
