Florence is the founder of Bellevue Law, and is a specialist employment lawyer with extensive experience of advising both employers and employees on redundancies. She has advised a range of employer clients on the successful planning and implementation of restructuring processes, with her clients including professional services firms and tech businesses headquartered in both the UK and the US.

Susie Al-Qassab, Senior Consultant Bellevue Law

Susie is a specialist employment lawyer who advises individuals and businesses on all aspects of UK employment law and HR related matters. Susie regularly deals with redundancy and restructuring, helping business clients to balance legal/commercial requirements with a people-focussed approach, and helping individuals challenge unfairness.

Brian Evje, HR lead at NREP

Brian has experience leading HR for five venture-backed, growth-stage technology companies in Silicon Valley and London, and as a management consultant to global innovation organisations. He is currently an HR Lead at NREP, a private equity firm transforming urban ecosystems. Brian has experience dealing with redundancies in the US and the UK throughout his career.
