When & Where
I’m Mike Frisby BA(Hons), I am the owner of The easy2 Property Company and host of the Regent's Park Property Investors Network meeting - one of the biggest property networking meetings in the Country.
I started investing & building my property portfolio in 2006. I’m Surrey based, and have sourced discounted properties across the South East & Central London to build my portfolio, I self-manage (with the help of my 5 key team members) my own residential multi-million pound property portfolio.
Myself & my team concentrate on sourcing properties via various means but also still concentrate on leafleting which allows us to deal direct with vendors. I work very closely with estate agents, convert freeholds to leaseholds, run many property refurbishment projects, use lease options and I also focus a lot on HMO's generating high cash-flow. I am also known as a social housing expert and run courses where I share my cash flow strategies surrounding the LHA market.
I started investing & working in the serviced apartment market in 2014 and have recently joined up with a few key partners to start educating people on how to follow this cashflow enhancing strategy.
I also set myself a 100 room challenge for the 1st six months of 2016 and i'm glad to say that I smashed that challenge by end of June 2016, with more to come.
I let to students, professionals, benefit tenants and run HMO’s and all this is done via my lettings business easy2 let which I have been running since 2009. I run my own portfolio through this business as well as looking after other landlords properties via lease agreements - rent 2 rent.I also currently have 2 other branches of easy2 let accross the UK under a pilot franchise.
Prior to a career in property investing, I worked for large multi-national companies such as Guinness and Unilever in Marketing and International Strategy, gaining a broad range of business skills and a major marketing award.
I am also the host of the Regent’s Park pin meeting. This is run to create a vibrant and pro-active environment for new & experienced property investors alike where they can network, discuss new business opportunities and share best practice in a welcoming atmosphere.
