The annual conference will this year see two full days of seminars and workshops plus an informal networking evening and award ceremony dinner on Monday 3 November.
Leading healthcare broadcaster Vivienne Parry OBE will chair two key panel debates as part of this year's programme.

Accommodation is not included in the ticket price HQIP has negotiated reduced rates for the on-site Orchard Hotel of £75+VAT per night single occupancy inc B&B or £85+VAT per night for double/twin occupancy inc B&B.
To book rooms online (note: payment online is by personal credit card ONLY; for debit cards and other options, delegates should pay by telephone.

3. It will ask you for a ‘Promo Code Type’, select ‘Corporate’ from the menu and type in the promotional code ‘HQIP14’
To book rooms by telephone: to receive the reduced accommodation rate delegates should call 0115 876 0900 and ask to be put through to 'In House Reservations' and state that you are attending the 'HQIP Annual Conference'.
Please note that to hold a room at the hotel you will need to submit credit card details.
Can I pay by invoice?
To secure your booking immediately please pay by credit card. However if you are unable to you can request an invoice for your place at the conference only.

To pay for your conference place by invoice look below the Register button to find the link 'show other payment methods'. If you click this link a button appears to 'pay offline'. By clicking this button you can complete the booking form and be sent an invoice. However please note that payment of the invoice must be made within 10 working days of issue to secure your place. Places not paid for after 10 working days will be released.
What is the refund policy?
If you are able unable to attend but are able to provide a substitute delegate there will be no charge. However you must inform us via email@example.com by noon on Friday 10 October of the details of your substitute delegate.
If you are unable to attend and unable to send a substitute delegate the following refunds are available.
- More than 6 weeks before the start of the event (22 September) = full refund
- 6-4 weeks before the event (6 October) = 75% refund
- 4-2 weeks before the event (20 Otcober) = 25% refund
- Less than 2 weeks = no refund
Can I update my registration information?
You can update your information by logging into your account. However, changes made after 10 October may not be reflected in the delegate pack and changes made after 17 October may not be reflected on name badges.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
For those arriving by train Beeston is the nearest station (1.5 miles) although there is no taxi rank at the station. Nottingham station is 4 miles away and has very good taxi facilities.
Both Beeston and Nottingham also have frequent bus services which run to the univeristy campus.

Healthcare Quality Improvement Partnership
The Healthcare Quality Improvement Partnership (HQIP) was established in April 2008 to promote quality in healthcare, and in particular to increase the impact that clinical audit has on healthcare quality in England and Wales. It is led by a consortium of the Academy of Medical Royal Colleges, the Royal College of Nursing and National Voices.
