The art of the elevator pitch is an often overlooked tool. The aim is to deliver catchy, yet descriptive content to communicate your value and grab someone’s attention in a short period of time. How do you do this?
Join us for this morning’s talk, which will include some practical learning and discover 5 simple steps to create a more impactful elevator pitch that will open important doors as soon as the opportunity presents.
Elliot Kay, also known as ‘The Coach in the Hat’, will hold this talk. He has worked with a multitude of professionals such as Sky Television, the NHS, Talk Talk and athletes alike to help them unlock their potential and overcome any obstacle on their road to success. Clients saw an increase in customer retention of 40% after working with him. He came third in the ‘Britain’s Next Top Coach’ competition and has published a book ‘It’s Your Right to be Wrong’; a powerful snapshot of his no holds barred philosophy and life lessons.
Come connect, learn, share and have a croissant. All welcome.
A little bit about Hub Breakfast talks…
Like a mini-TED, our bi-weekly breakfast event is open to all including non-HUB members and it’s free, so a great way for non-members to check out HUB Westminster. You can hear about the most interesting and awe-inspiring projects in our community and beyond; from collaborative consumption and recycled food waste to mobile innovations in sub-Saharan Africa and Cosmic Microwave Background Radiation.
