Group 1: "Would you join us?"

Discussion of the idea of creating a new "affiliate" status, how to reach out to partners outside the institutional sphere (tech companies, individual researchers)

Group 2: "Collaborative collections"

How can we build on the strong member engagement demonstrated by our IIPC collaborative collections (Olympics, WWI Commemoration, European Refugee Crisis)? Should IIPC make collaborative collection building one of its core activities in order to support longer-term collection development planning and collaborative momentum? How can we promote access to and use of these collections?

Group 3: "Are we a community?"

How to transition from a top-down institutional consortium towards a bottom-up community empowered by its members? How can IIPC help its members identify potential partners with the same agenda and build new things? How to encourage the membership to take the lead on small projects with concrete deliverables? How can events such as webinars or hackathons contribute to engaging the membership?
