What's Holding Your Company Back?
In business real progress is made by those who are willing to do something different, something disruptive. Either in the realm of people, processes or technologies those who buck the status quo; who believe that everyone else is trapped doing the “same old same old” and have the conviction to make the first move and a chance of being the front runner. So what is holding your organisation back?
10.05 – 10.30 Andrew Jenkins, Managing Director, PDX Consulting
Leadership that brings-out the very best ‘you' at work
Since the recent global recession a new form of 'conscious capitalism' (based around ethics, values and buyers) is emerging. This means that leadership style is changing. Successful business today is about: having purpose and meaning; how you contribute to make a better world, how you make a difference and working well together. These begin with what’s deeply inside you and how you work as a team. Drawing from his work with leadership teams, Andrew will explain what he believes holds-back high performance, and how building skills around emotional intelligence will create success.
