Melinda Matthews, Codeclan CEO

Melinda Matthews, recently appointed CEO at digital skills academy Codeclan, has over 25 years experience in the technology sector. Melinda was until recently Vice President of Commerce Partnerships at IBM where she worked with business partners at the forefront of cloud platform and cognitive technology. Codeclan aims to reduce the digital skills gap across Scotland and Melinda joined Codeclan to lead this initiative.

Stephen Ingledew, FinTech Scotland CEO

Stephen is the CEO at FinTech Scotland. He previously worked as a senior executive in financial services for Standard Life and Barclays, as well as entrepreneurial fintech organisations. Stephen is a non-executive director on a number of boards and is a regular global commentator on fintech, customer strategy and execution, insurtech innovation and business change leadership.

Colin Hewitt, Float CEO

Colin Hewitt is CEO and co-founder of next generation cloud-based cash management and forecasting tool Float. With a background in computer science, Colin initially founded and ran a digital agency where the idea of designing a cash-flow and financial reporting cloud-based solution was born. He founded Float in 2010 and leads on product development and the strategic direction of this growing business.
