Do you want to influence stakeholders more effectively? Ever get frustrated trying to get your point across to people who seem to see the world differently to you?
We all have patterns of behaviour around communication and influencing that may or may not suit all people or circumstances. We can’t change other people, but we can change our own way of communicating to have a more positive impact.
By taking part in this workshop, you can develop an awareness of the communication dynamic and the influencing styles you already use, exploring how effective your current patterns are in different circumstances. will provide practical tools and techniques to support different choices in communicating, motivating, influencing, and persuading others.
This workshop will include the opportunity for every participant to complete and score a LIFO™ personal style survey. The survey will help you to identify your basic orientation to life, or personal style. Based on this foundation of self-knowledge, you can learn to understand others' orientations better, so that you can work with them more effectively and use influencing approaches that they will find more persuasive.
During the workshop, you can work with real examples from your own working experience, so the session is practical and helpful. You will leave with an action plan so that the theory can be immediately put into practice.
You can read more about LIFO™ here Only accredited LIFO™ analysts can incorporate the method into their training. Your facilitator Lucy Marder is a LIFO™ analyst of over 10 years' standing and qualified executive coach and mentor.
