This workshop will guide you through the process of participating in a successful exhibition overseas with particular focus on selecting the appropriate show for you, logistical challenges, stand behaviour and measuring success post-event.
The use of modern marketing and social media techniques will also be discussed, showing how you can generate interest to drive traffic to your stand during the show. Delegates will be provided with a series of checklists to help them prepare for and manage their participation at an exhibition.
Individuals responsible for planning and exhibition at an overseas event.
Identifying the most appropriate exhibition for you, interpreting exhibition show statistics and booking a stand.
Pre-show planning - setting objectives & budgets, stand design, logistics, marketing.
During the exhibition - stand set up, briefing and motivating staff, behaviours and handling enquiries, PR and media opportunities.
Post event follow up - following up leads and questionnaires and assessing success.
