Event Details

Through theoretical and practical classes the course provides you with a solid understanding of how music works in a movie through an examination of film music functions, syntax and styles. We encourage you to explore your personal compositional voice as well as develop versatility by investigating different musical genres; and show you how to use the relevant technology and get the most out of musical and studio resources. 

This is a Saturday day course that runs at 10.30-12.30  from October 1-December 3 2016. Please note that the last class is a double-session and will be from 9am-1pm.
