This course is for ICT teachers who would like to prepare to learn to program in Python, in preparation for teaching Computer Science at KS3, KS4 and KS5.
The content of this one-day course is the same as the first day of our Python Summer School.
It will be suitable for absolute beginners or rusty programmers who would like to learn to use Python.
Lunch will be provided.
The topics covered will be:
- The Python programming environment
- Variables and data types
The course will take place at Anglia Ruskin University in Chelmsford from 9:30 to 16:00. Parking on-site is not available but details of local car parks and public transpoert can be found here.
