What platforms are there?
How can each one be used for specific business needs?
The WMG SME team will be hosting an introduction to Social Media at the end of July. The session is designed for businesses who are still unsure of the benefits of using social media and are not aware of the tools and applications available to them. During the day, the team will give introductions to social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Google+ and Foursquare and will explain the benefits through live case studies.
This one day workshop gives owners and managers of SMEs the opportunity to see how social media tools can improve business performance.
The workshop will be led by expert social media practitioners and will focus on the use of social media for small businesses.
The course is aimed at SME business owners and managers who are aware of the possibilities of social media but need some real life examples of how it works.
These workshops are delivered with funding from Advantage West Midlands which requires us to maximise the number of SMEs receiving support. Due to the need to be fair and inclusive to all of the SME businesses in the region, we are only able to offer one free delegate place per company.
