Introduction to Thai cooking
The introduction classes are designed for those who have no previous cookery experience or new to Thai cooking and would like to learn fundamental skills and techniques that will help to build their confidence in cooking and how to make delicious and authentic Thai meals in under 30 minutes. The sessions run at a relaxed and steady pace and provide an enjoyable introduction to Thai cooking.
Who: Perhaps you’re going to Uni soon, moving out of home for the first time, or perhaps you simply love cooking and you're keen to learn in new cuisine progress - it doesn't matter whether you've never cooked before, or are comfortable in the kitchen.
What is included:
- Introduction to Thai cuisine-
- Key flavours
- Thai Herbs, Spices, Vegetables, Fruit
- Thai condiments
- Variety of Rice and Noodles
- Basic food hygiene and safety (just in case!) and also how to ensure all of your dishes are nutritionally well balanced (to keep you fit and healthy!)....I'll give you all the knowledge and skills you need to give you a great headstart in the kitchen - you'll be the envy of your friends!
