Introduction to Working Flair
This 6 hour course will teach you the philosophy and the basic use of flair in the workplace. As well as customer interaction and efficient use of flair to increase sales, risk and accident prevention as well as proper guest support and service. At the end of the course you will receive a certificate of completion.
This course is designed as an entry level course and as such is suitable for complete beginners, up to those who have little flair experience and wish to add another string to their bow.
