IOP, Insight Into Teaching

This event is suitable for Physics undergraduates, masters students and PhD candidates.

You are invited to join the IOP and guest speakers for an exclusive Insight into Teaching event on Wednesday 11 February at Queen Mary University of London. The event is designed specifically for students who would like to know more about a career in teaching physics. We'll explain how you can gain vital school experience through our free School Experience Programme and how you could receive £25,000 tax-free funding to train as a physics teacher. Network with a Department for Education representative for information about the routes into teaching and hear the experiences of a current physics teacher.

Refreshments of pizza and fruit juice will be provided and all attendees will receive an IOP goodie bag.
