The day will offer participants an introduction to renewable energy and what ownership of it can mean for community groups. We will hear from and discuss with; experienced community groups and support organisations, but more than anything this is a chance to learn and discuss options.
The workshop is the second event of a 2-part series funded by Scotland’s 2020 Group and delivered by Scene Consulting. Participation at the workshop will be restricted to 25 participants. Travel and Accommodation bursaries are available on first come first serve basis.
The workshop is open to members of any community group or community council that do not already participate in renewable energy projects. A maximum of two participants from the same group will be eligible to attend.
A full workshop information pack will be sent to registered participants in due course.
