2. Starters upon arrival: Prawn Masala Varuval/ Potato Masala Varuval (V)
3. Main: Basmati Rice with Sambar (will be demonstrating) and
Beetroot Thoran with shredded coconut (V)
4. Dessert: Glazed Ripe Plantain with Vanilla Ice Cream.
5. Sides: Poppadoms/Raita/Chutney
