Knight Templar Priests Centenary Celebration 2024

The Knight Templar Priests Centenary will take place on Saturday 18 May 2024 at St Nicholas Cathedral, Newcastle upon Tyne, followed by Lunch at Newcastle Racecourse.

Please review the details below and then to register go to box on right hand side and select the number of tickets required and click on the orange button. Register using the same email address that you received this invitation, this will avoid receiving follow up emails asking you to register.

Guideline agenda for the day:-

• 08.15hrs Guests to begin to arrive at Newcastle Racecourse for coach transfer - tea and coffee will be available
• 09.15hrs Coach transfers will commence from Newcastle Racecourse to the Cathedral
• 11.00hrs Service commences at St Nicholas Cathedral Newcastle upon Tyne
• 12.30hrs Service concludes
• 12.30hrs Coach transfers will commence back to Newcastle Racecourse for lunch
• 13.30hrs Reception drinks at Newcastle upon Tyne Racecourse
• 14.00hrs Lunch - menu choice to follow

We will be organising coaches from Newcastle Racecourse to the Cathedral for the service and then return to the Racecourse for lunch. You will be able to reserve a seat through the registration process.

Once the registration process is complete you will receive confirmation of how to make payment for your place.

Package cost £60.00 per person this includes:-

• Reception drinks and canapes
• 3 Course lunch
• Wine and water with lunch
• Tea or coffee

Seat on coach £10.00 per person

We have also sourced accommodation locally if you would like to stay overnight and bedrooms can be paid for on "check out at the hotel".

Please can you contact the Centenary Events team 2 months prior to your stay (16 March 2024) with credit card details to guarantee your booking without these details your room will not be confirmed and automatically released. To cancel a room without charge we would need to be advised via email by Friday 29 March 2024 .
