CDC Group, Ergon and RSK are pleased to invite you to a webinar that provides guidance to companies and investors on how to safely return to work as COVID-19 restrictions will diminish. The webinar will discuss occupational health and safety, as well as employment rules and policies, communications strategies, and other important measures and needs that will enable workers (and clients) to access the working environment safely and productively.
This webinar will explore two recently published CDC guidance notes: ‘Returning to the workplace during COVID-19; Labour and workforce considerations’ and ‘Returning to the workplace during COVID-19; Occupational Health and Safety considerations’, and provide an opportunity to discuss specific recommendations and priorities.
Topics that will be discussed include:
- How to maintain focus on worker welfare and safe working environment in the face of ongoing economic and business continuity uncertainty as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak
- Guidance and a decision tree for assessing and determining key labour-related challenges in coming months
- An example risk assessment to gain a better sense of occupational health and safety challenges and potential mitigating strategies in emerging markets
- Discussion on how vulnerable workers can be protected
