Len Garrison’s Youth Penmanship Award
Thursday 10 November 1.00pm - 2.00pm 

Victoria Northridge, Collections Manager will be discussing the Black Youth penmanship awards, created by the African and Caribbean Education resource project.  This scheme was created by Len Garrison in order to provide a voice and avenue for Black British children and young adults.  Many of the individuals who took part in the awards did continue their writing into adulthood.
