Are you so focused on work and your family life that you often forget about yourself?
Do you have goals you keep putting off?
If that’s you then be reassured that you’re not alone. So many people have plans and dreams that too often sit on the back burner for far too long. Why? Because life has a habit of taking over. We’re busy with work, busy with family and we have a tendency to put other people first. Sound familiar?
Well that’s why Life in Focus workshops can help...
What is Life in Focus?
Living the life you truly want doesn’t happen by accident… it is carefully planned and crafted. Having a regular meeting focusing on you and what you want out of life and work makes all the difference.
Life in focus is a place where you have the time to reflect, learn, be inspired as well as plan practically what you want to do. With my help, you get to set real and meaningful goals and you will feel supported by the group to work towards achieving them.
What’s the format?
Life in focus is a small group who meet once a month to work toward our individual goals. We’re friendly, supportive and even if our goals are unique to each person, we all share the same desire to fulfil them. It is a relaxed place where we talk about our challenges, learn from one another and celebrate each others’ achievements. It’s fun and rewarding.
We meet once a month in the private function room of The Fleece in Witney. First date: Wednesday 30th October at 7.30pm.
First meeting is free!
