Are tickets per person or per vehicle?

Tickets are per vehicle. We will not issue any refunds for accidental purchases of too many tickets.

Do I have to show my car?

Accepted Answer

You do not have to show your car if you do not wish to. We have a designated area for people who do not want to show their car.

Question 3

What time can I arrive?

Entry is strictly 10:00am onwards! Any arrivals before 10:00am will be asked to leave and come back at 10:00.

Is there just coffee? or do you have food as well?

We have a dedicated coffee vendor supplying a great selection of hot & cold drinks. We also have some amazing street food vendors attending, including  Smash Loaded Beef Burgers, fresh Lincolnshire Pulled Pork and Loaded Cheesy Fries. There will also be vegetarian and vegan options available.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes, all well behaved dogs are allowed, no matter what breed. All we ask is that all dogs are kept on leads at all times, and any dog fouling is collected and disposed of by the owner.

Why is there an entry fee?

Accepted Answer

The entry fee is to cover the costs of running the event, for example: Venue Hire, DJ Hire, Stage Hire, Insurance and other costs.

All proceeds go towards making the event safe and enjoyable for the attendees.

Question 7

Do I have to apply to show my vehicle?

Accepted Answer

No applications necessary. Everybody is welcome, all you have to do is either purchase an entry ticket and show it to the staff on the gate, or if you have not purchased a ticket, pay the entry fee on the gate to enter and show.

Question 8

Can I get a refund if I cannot make it to the event?

Accepted Answer

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the event is cancelled for any reason.
