Interested in the social sciences and want to know how social science research affects you?
Join us at the LSE Research Festival 2014 Exhibition, a multimedia exhibition featuring the work of researchers from LSE and elsewhere. Now in its fourth year, the exhibition forms part of a week-long programme of events designed to celebrate the creativity that lies at the heart of all research. On display will be photographs, posters and short films entered by PhD students, academic and research staff from LSE, UCL, SOAS, University of Cambridge and the Bloomsbury Doctoral Training Centre, many of whom will be in attendance to discuss their work with visitors to the exhibition. Dialogue and information exchange is very much encouraged!
As part of the evening, a prize-giving celebration for the winning exhibits in each category will be held at 7pm, chaired by Professor Julia Black, LSE Pro-Director for Research. A popular prize will also be awarded, judged by visitors on the night.
