Jillian Wilkins
Chartered Member of the CIPD with 18 years of NHS service in a variety of workforce roles including within learning and development, operational HR and as an EDI lead within a local acute and community Trust.
I am extremely passionate about lifelong learning generally and particularly about raising awareness and exploring issues concerning the equality, diversity and inclusion agenda as it can make such a valuable difference to the experiences of our staff and service users. I will be supported at this event by my colleague Nichola Brodhurst who is also an experienced learning and development professional.
Our Lunch and Learn sessions will offer sociable, collaborative alternative to traditional classroom based learning, The sessions are a great way to foster a culture of learning and knowledge, encouraging growth and strengthening ties across the region which will enable us to build a stronger work culture in the NHS.
