Mobile Generations - The HR Tsunami
By 2020, more than half the workforce is expected to be Generation Y. These individuals have grown up connected, collaborative and mobile. Simultaneously, new technologies are transforming where, when and how we work.
These two separate forces are inextricably intertwined and create management, accommodation and lifestyle challenges which employers are only just starting to comprehend.
Ergonomist Jim Taylour will deliver an overview of the research and insights which have led to the publication of ‘Mobile Generations’, an in-depth report and analysis of the situation.
Guy Osmond will then provide a brief overview of products and resources available to address many of the issues raised.
