What the Event Will Cover:
During the course of the event our presenters will look at ways businesses can adapt and thrive as we emerge from the COVID-19 global pandemic.
Andrew Feeke, Corporate Finance Partner at MHA Moore and Smalley will open the event by discussing how businesses valuations will differ in the post pandemic landscape.
The presentations will then turn towards a focus on the workforce. Adele Shortman, Principal Associate at Weightmans LLP will cover flexible furlough, redundancy and culture change programmes arising from COVID-19.
Thirdly we will hear from Ian Winn, CFO of Aptus Utilities, he will discuss people integration and development post ownership change. Ian has done a number of PE & Private exits and will draw on that experience in his presentation.
Finally, we will end with a Q&A session where attendees will have an opportunity to direct their questions to our panel.
