This workshop is suitable for anyone that is self employed and would like to know how to cope with the stresses and strains of running their own business.

About Sheila Mc Mahon
Sheila is a Qualified Counsellor with many years of training. She has a private practice in Birmingham. During her counselling training she realized that the only thing stopping her from achieving her goals were her own negative thoughts. She has broken through this cycle and teaches her techniques to others who want to make changes to their life.
She runs Personal Development Workshops and Courses all over the UK.
She is also a stand-up Comedienne and performs in her own one woman shows.
She is very passionate about people breaking through their own limitations and having great Mental Wellbeing. She believes no matter what age you are or who you are, you have the potential to feel fantastic about yourself and to live an amazing life. West Midlands Incubation Programme is a FREE business advice and incubation service for West Midlands companies but focused primarily on Coventry & Warwickshire businesses.
