Join NUT Cymru and Helen Marsh for an 8 week .b Foundations Mindfulness course starting Thursday 22nd September 2016 (16.30 - 18.00) at Glyndŵr University.

Mae NUT Cymru yn eich gwahodd i gwrs 8 wythnos Ymwybyddiaeth Ofalgar gyda Helen Marsh ym Mhrifysgol Glyndŵr, yn dechrau dydd Iau, 22ain o Medi 2016 (16.30-18.00).


What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is a way of respecting ourselves and our own well-being so that we can live and enjoy life to its full potential. Studies have shown that Mindfulness can successfully reduce anxiety, stress, exhaustion and depression.

Mae Ymwybyddiaeth Ofalgar yn ffordd o barchu ein hunain a’n hunain-les fel y gallwn fyw a mwynhau bywyd i'w lawn botensial. Mae astudiaethau yn dangos y gall Ymwybyddiaeth Ofalgar leihau pryder, straen, blinder ac iselder.


This course supports you in developing your own mindfulness practice and is also a requirement should you choose to train as a .b Paws or .b Mindfulness teacher for children...  http://mindfulnessinschools.org

Trainer

Helen has over 20 years' experience as a teacher and combines teaching part time with providing Mindfulness training in all settings.  She adheres to the Good Practice Guidance for Teaching Mindfulness-Based Courses and is a listed practitioner on www.mindfulness-network.org/listingspagenew.php.

Mae gan Helen dros 20 mlynedd o brofiad fel athrawes ac mae hi'n cyfuno addysgu rhan amser gyda darparu hyfforddiant Ymwybyddiaeth Ofalgar ym mhob gosodiad. Helen delivers training in .b, paws .b, .b Foundation' (MiSP) and MBSR.
