Be Better. Be Mindful.

This dynamic and practical 2-day workshop (delivered in English) will introduce the concept and practical benefits of Mindfulness, often mistaken for meditation and self-awareness, in everyday life and the management of your professional life.

Organizations such as GOOGLE, the BRITISH PARLIAMENT and the US MARINES have been turning to Mindfulness with increasing frequency in the aim of enhancing the well-being and effectiveness of their workforce.

The workshop is a concentrated and accelerated format of the 8-week MBSR program which includes Mindful communication, Mindful working, Mindful eating and Mindful meditation as well as advanced coaching techniques.

Date & Time - Friday & Saturday, July 3 & July 4, 11:30- 14:30 on each day. The two sessions are inter-dependant, and combine complementary components and therefore attending both sessions will ensure maximum benefits.

This transformative program has been developed by Dana Zelicha, an Organizational Psychologist, Researcher and Lecturer at the Psychology & Brain Research department at the IDC Herzliya, specializing in Mindfulness workshops for managers and students worldwide.
