** SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT**
Jem Cooke has now had to reschedule her performance with us at The Bedford due to unforeseen circumstances, so we will now be joined by Polly Money.
The MixTape Sessions are making a return to The Bedford with a spectacular show on October 8th. We have music from:
CANDY: Scotsman Ross Candy is a London based singer, songwriter and guitarist who is heavily inspired and influenced by 80s fashion and music. He not only thrives on performing live but also enjoys continually writing fresh new material. His sound is both forward-looking and nostalgic and has a pop/rock sound, which targets a wide range of audiences. Ross's powerful voice and charismatic stage presence entices his audience and leaves them with a lasting impression.
Polly Money is Cornish through and through, and is now studying at The Institute of Contemporary Music Performance here in London. Polly has been writing and performing her own material for eight years and has recently just released her debut EP called 'The That Guy E.P' which was released on 2nd September. 2013 is proving to be quite a year. With performances at Nashville's Bluebird Cafe and a number of festivals already under her belt, Polly was spotted by actress Kate Hudson and her partner Matt Bellamy at the Marylebone Summer Fayre (at The MixTape Sessions Stage!!) and asked to support Muse at The Stade de France in front of an audience of 80,000 the very next weekend. Awed by the whole experience, she overcame the butterflies and smashed it. Not bad for someone, who in May, reached the grand old age of eighteen.
