The SCQFP in partnership with Glasgow Caledonian University have developed a one day free workshop for those wishing to use the ‘My Skills, My Future’ suite of resources to support individuals in identifying the skills they have gained from other experiences outwith formal qualifications.
The aim of the workshop is to help advisers fully understand the resources and their benefits to individuals. It also offers the chance to try them out through a series of practical activities including benchmarking skills to the SCQF. Read the MSMF Flyer.
Advisers from a wide range of organisations can then use these resources with individuals over one or more sessions to identify their transferable skills through a series of practical and engaging activities. These skills are then benchmarked against the SCQF to help individuals understand the level of their informal learning.
If you are unsure as to whether this workshop will meet your needs please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
