Neurodevelopmental Disorders - Seminar Series

This seminar series aims to bring together specialists and established researchers as well as post-graduates, post-doctoral researchers and early career researchers in neurodevelopmental disorders. The series is a collaboration between 3 different UK universities (The department of Psychology at Kingston University, Department of Psychology and Human Development at the Institute of Education, University of London and the School of Psychology at Newcastle University) and is sponsored by the British Psychology Society and Williams Syndrome Foundation, UK.
This seminar series explores recent findings in neurodevelopmental disorders, with a particular focus on
1) the new research tools and methods used
2) discussion of the wider applicability of these new tools and methods across different neurodevelopmental disorders
3) identifying future challenges or controversies when studying neurodevelopmental disorders using a developmental approach
These issues will be discussed during 3 one-day workshops at the organising universities.
