The Norwich Hackspace Coding Club is back!
Led by Junior Hackspace members Archie and James, this first intro session will be intended to see who is going to come along and exactly what kind of project to run.
The plan is to work as a group and build something such as a robotic cart using Raspberry Pi. This will enable a number of people to work as a team and to take on different roles within the group. We have quite a range of ages and abilities so the first meeting will help us get the right kind of project and the right level.
Please register to come along (children under 12 need an adult with them who is welcome to join in and learn at the same time) on Saturday 24 September. When registering pelase let us know the name, age and experience level of your child.
If you are an adult accompanying a child, please book a place for each of you so that we know who is coming.
The following sessions, when we will be working on a project are:
22 October, 26 November and 17 December 1-4pm.
Please bring your own lunch, drinks and a laptop, Mac or PC is ok. If you don't have one, come anyway - not everyone will need their own laptop. The sessions will be £5 per under 18 year old (parents go free!) - this is to buy materials payable at the start ie £20 if you wish to continue after the intro session on 24th September
Supervised & all leaders DBS-checked. Booking necessary so that we can keep in touch in case of changes
