The Champion Day is for Nurses who Care About Carers – Champions Like You

There will be key speakers covering a range a topics that are relevant to you and your work

with family carers

You will have the opportunity to hear about the experiences of others, including carers; and be able

to share your experience with your peers across the full workforce of Community Nurses

Be one of the first to be recognised as a Nurse Champion for Carers and have access to the
