On the Trail of Saffron

For this special event, Norfolk Saffron has teamed up with best-selling author, Rosanna Ley. Rosanna contacted Norfolk Saffron last year whilst researching her new novel, The Saffron Trail. We advised on some technical aspects of saffron growing so that the novel’s storyline was accurate. Rosanna's novel launches in May and we’re very excited to be hosting her in Burnham Market as part of her major UK launch tour for The Saffron Trail.

Our event will begin with a talk by Rosanna; we will then break for a cup of tea and a home-made Norfolk Saffron cake. Afterwards, Sally will discuss the spice, saffron. Rosanna will be signing copies of The Saffron Trail and Norfolk Saffron products will be on sale too.
