PANalytical III-V Seminar - Hands-on Software and Q&A

Dear fellow Scientists !

PANalytical would like to offer you a refresher on the analysis of III-V semiconductor structures by X-ray scattering methods.

You are welcome to participate in the satellite seminar subsequent to EWMOVPE from June 10th to 11th 2015 at the University of Lund.

After this seminar you have better insight into:

• Data analysis using PANalytical Epitaxy and Reflectivity software
• Best practice for alignment and measurement of X-ray diffraction and reflectometry from epitaxial thin films
• Possible upgrades for new experimental challenges

And of course there will be ample room for discussion!

Attendance will be limited to maximum 20 participants, please bring a windows compatible PC for the software demonstration.

The cost of this event will be 90 Euro per person, when booked until April 30th, else it will be 150 Euro. It comprises a small social event on Wednesday evening, lunch on Thursday and beverages during the seminar.
